Can I cancel or change my order?

If you did not pay for the order, then you can change and reorder.
If you finish the payment for your order, you can cancel or change it in 24 hours for any reason. If more than 24 hours, Please send a request to our customer service "service@beachbluetwo.com” representatives your order for assistance.
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes. In this case, you can refer to our return policy for information on how to return the item after you receive it.

Why does my order say that it's delivered, but I haven't received it?

Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation email to ensure it was correct.
Sometimes packages are left in a safe place such as a porch, garage, or with a neighbor.Look around your property and check with your neighbors to see if they received it on your behalf.
Contact the shipping carrier or get the reference number/claim ID from the shipping carrier.

If my order is delayed, what should I do?

Can I have my order redirected to a different address after it's been shipped?

Please note that once your order has been shipped and in transit, we will not be able to update the shipping address.
